This policy covers the Souvi website, our launch waitlist, and messages you send to our team. Product and app features are still evolving; any additional privacy details for those services will be shared before they become available.
2. Information you share
When you submit the email form, we collect your email address, selected language, and submission time. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Our hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. You do not need to upload photos, recordings, or location history to join the waitlist.
3. How we use information
The email form records interest in Souvi. We use this information to manage submissions, prevent duplicates, answer questions, and keep the website working reliably. Submitting this form does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Your language choice helps us show the website in Chinese or English. It is saved in your browser using local storage, so you do not have to choose again on every visit.
4. Storage and sharing
We keep waitlist information for the purpose of managing launch communications. Access should be limited to the team and service providers who need it to operate these services. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.
We aim to use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No online service can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information in general inquiries.
5. Your choices
Joining the waitlist is optional. You can ask us to correct or remove your waitlist information, or stop launch emails, by contacting our team. You can also clear your browser storage to reset your saved language preference.

Links to services such as Instagram lead to websites with their own privacy policies. This policy may change as Souvi develops. We will update the date on this page when the text changes.

8. Checkout and browser storage
Email form submissions are saved by our website service. Buying early-bird access is a separate action that opens Shopify checkout; the email form does not send your email to Shopify. Shopify handles payment and order information under the policies shown at checkout. Our website server does not collect your card details.
After a successful email submission, we save a flag in your browser to stop automatic email popups. Visitors who have not submitted the form see it after five seconds. Closing the popup does not mark the email as submitted. The flag contains no email and does not sync across devices; clearing browser storage resets it.
